1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the tmt15.ph platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of tmt15.ph, including gameplay and financial transactions, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on tmt15.ph. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited.

tmt15.ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tmt15.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. tmt15.ph may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Minimum deposit: ₱50 for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya); bank transfer minimums may vary.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet channels during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day.
• Withdrawal verification: tmt15.ph may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in the same name as the tmt15.ph account.

5 Gameplay Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. tmt15.ph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tmt15.ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond tmt15.ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform.

tmt15.ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

tmt15.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on tmt15.ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Termination

tmt15.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting tmt15.ph support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms
